I was pleasantly surprised just now to see En Razib Abu Bakar, Director of ESQ Leadership Centre Sdn Bhd, talking about ESQ and 165 live on the @Blog program. The show was hosted as usual by Hassim Abu Haniffa, himself an ESQ alumni. The other panelist was (I think) Haji Mohamad Osman, an NLP practitioner.
In defining 165 as a motivation to change the behaviour of people, "Pak" Razib explained that behaviour of a person won't change for the better until the person's mindset is ready to change. He added, mindset won't change until a desired value system is cultivated. Yet, cultivating good values is not easy until spiritual belief sets in the person.
Razib sumarised 165 as signifying 1 value, 6 principles and 5 actions.
See Pak Razib in the video excerpt of the telecast which will be uploaded soon, Insyaallah.
